EMDR
I am an EMDR certified therapist and consultant. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidenced-based psychotherapy modality that has shown to relieve distress associated with traumatic memories & negative beliefs linked with a memory.
EMDR can be useful for anything from a single-episode traumatic event, to ongoing/recurring trauma, phobias, and attachment trauma. Trauma can be defined as both things that happened to us & also what didn’t happen, but should have.

For clients that prefer talk therapy to somatic therapies, we can alternatively use Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
